The Golden Anniversary ICMCTF Conference Returns to the Town & Country Hotel and Convention Center in San Diego.

The International Conference on Metallurgical Coatings and Thin Films (ICMCTF) is the premier gathering in the field of thin film deposition, characterization and advanced surface engineering. The six day event, taking place May 19-24, 2024, promotes a global exchange of ideas and information among scientists, technologists and manufacturers. This will be the 50th anniversary of ICMCTF which typically draws around 700 attendees.

The overarching theme of the technical sessions will be, “Surface Engineering for Sustainable Development” with an emphasis on materials, processes, and applications relevant for sustainable development. It will also include a related Topical Symposium.
